Cleanliness acceptable. Great location. Amenities modern and adequate. Only issue is they are stingy with toilet paper. They have 2 thin rolls for family of 4. Despite me asking for more, they did not seem to understand. The level of English in the staff is very limited.

Great stay

Had a good stay had pool access room which was good across from massage place. Nice and quiet. But the pool bar was not very loud very loud music we were the only ones there we love to talk to people at pool bars. And no pool towels at property was a little issue . Great location and the little Laneway was great for meals and drinks

Nice place to stay close to central kata . Good room and bed liked the choice of pools but didn't like music starting around the pool at 10 am. ok for mid afternoon but otherwise had a good stay. The breakfast was fair only.

Avoid at all costs.

Disappointing, unsafe, disasterous stay with zero help from hotels.com We booked a 5 night stay and checked out less than 24 hours into it. We booked another hotel in Kata which best suited our family. Powertools left unattended next to the pool. Bits of wire, rubble and rubbish left everywhere including at the top of the slide. Dirty stagnant water everywhere. If you're looking for a family hotel, this isn't it.

Fint ophold 😎dog en langsom betjening ved poolen . Da vi flyttede sengen , var der meget beskidt under dobbeltsengen, så der var ikke gjort rent et stykke tid . Men var dejligt med frisk vand hver dag og køleskab .

カタビーチ近くのホテル

レストランのビュッフェは子供料金150バーツでお得。シーフードグリルが臭みなく美味しかった。 しかし、1受付と清掃員の対応が悪く不快な思いをした。 チェックイン時にデポジットを要求されたとき、現金がなく、クレジットカードやパスポートをデポジットとして差し出したが受付に拒否され、雨の中、街のATMで現金を引き出してくるように要求された。あとでマネージャーに確認したら、ホテルとしてはパスポートでもokということだったが、ある愛想の悪い受付の独断で、ホテルにやっと到着し疲れているのに、雨の中ATMまで現金を引き出しに行かされるところだった。 また、部屋が汚れていたので清掃員を呼んだが、3回電話で呼んでも来なかった。最後には部屋の外に出て、うろついている清掃員を捕まえて掃除させた。

Lidt slidt værelse, men dejlig stort. Der var meget larm fra restauranten, som spillede høj musik fra tidlig morgen (kl. 6/7.00. Der er også en del larm fra gaden. Gardinet var ved at falde ned af skinnen, så der ikke kunne rulles helt for. Det kunne man måske nemt lige fixe fra hotellets side. Lækkert med pool adgang fra vores værelse. Dejlig stor seng. Ingen håndklæder til at tørre hænder i. Kun vaskeklud og badehåndklæde. Morgenmaden var middel.

Högljutt, slitet men vänligt.

Det spelades konstant väldigt hög musik vid poolen fram till 11-12 tiden på kvällen, detta gjorde att man kunde inte vara där på dagen heller. Poolerna var inte så friska, all fog hade försvunnit mellan kakelplattorna, vattnet var grumligt i en pool.

Good hotel, not so clean, good but slow service.

Ihan ok hotelli, isot altaat (valitettavasti likaiset silloin 2/3 altaista). Palvelu altaillanoli todella hidasta. Huoneen kattovalot pitivät ikävää sirinää joten ne oli pidettävä pois päältä. Muuten kaikki ihan ok, ruokaa ja hierontaa yms saatavavilla hotellista. Hyvä sijainti.

Ok men otur med vårt rum

Hotellet i sig är inget fel på, helt ok frukost om än lite dyr för det man får. Otur med vårt rum dock, saknades balkongmöbler helt och hållet, vilket vi påpekade till personalen men inget hände. Inga mörkläggningsgardiner och taskig städning. Personalen var trevlig men hade svårt att förstå.

プーケットの他のホテルを何軒か回りましたが、ここが一番清掃もきれいで、スタッフも優しく、スパも良い。プールアクセスは子供に最高です。目の前に日本食もあり、日本人にはとてもオススメです！今パトンですが、この後またこのホテルに戻ります。

Super hôtel

Excellent séjour, belles et grandes chambres, belle piscine. Situation parfaite pas loin de la plage et marchés nocturnes. Seul bémol: 95% de clients sont russes, on se sent plus à Moscou qu'en Thaïlande. Même la musique au bar de la piscine est russe, le menu au restaurant est en russe. C'est trop.
