「Überaus angenehmer Aufenthalt. Sehr große Gastfreundschaft. Absolut zum Wohlfühlen. Zum Frühstück gab es sehr guten Kaffee, frisch gepressten Orangensaft und fantastische Croissants. Ich hätte mir noch ein etwas umfangreicheres Frühstück gewünscht, aber das ist nun mal der Unterschied der Kulturen. Dafür lies das Abendessen keine Wünsche offen. Absolut angemessene Preise... Vielen Dank, dass ich Euer Gast sein durfte! Und ja, ich finde den erneuten Weg zu Euch. Versprochen. 」

「Staff was super helpful in getting us oriented in the area and great communication. It was super hot but the fan and kindness made it all work! 」

「Great no-frills hotel in the heart of Gernika. The rooms are basic but if you get a good price, I would recommend it for somewhere to stay. The pin entry system makes check in simple and the owners were communicative. 」

「The staff was well above excellent. I am planning on staying there when I return to visit in the fall of 2025. This time with my family in tow. If you want a quiet hotel near all the coastal towns and Gernika, I highly recomeend it.」

「Hemos estado una noche y lo que más destaco es la amabilidad del personal. L@s recepcionistas son encantadores. Dormimos en una habitación de tres y está bastante bien,por ponerle un pero , hacia y día de perros, aire lluvia y mucho frío, la habitación es grande y el radiador no calentaba demasiado, pero tiene mantas y almohadas a mayores en el armario, así que problema resuelto. Volveríamos sin duda.」

"A disappointing experience - written by my husband who was the one who stays at this hotel Spent a night in the Artist Gran hotel of Arts on my way back from the Camino de Santiago. I do not know if it was because of my backpack and casual pilgrim dressing but from the start, the service was a bit arrogant. I booked a room with queen size bed (indicating preference on high floor), but was given a DOUBLE bed for 3rd floor. As for the view, Smart Inner View means facing the window of your neighbor (welcome back to the dormitory in the Albergue!). An experience certainly not to be repeated. Get yourself an hotel with better service. You deserve better!"
