A great property

We had a lovely stay at Rushy Creek Farm. The property is well appointed with everything you need for your stay. A special highlight are the indoor and outdoor fireplaces that made the house cosy on our winter weekend away. The property is in a perfect spot to explore this area of the south west and we would stay here again.Tracy is a great host who helped us when we needed more wood and posted back some items that we left behind. Thankyou,Tracy!

Perfect stay for a group of friends!

My friends and I stayed at the property for a few days and had an amazing time. The house was clean, spacious and accomodating, and the surrounding area was beyond beautiful. Tracy was a very helpful and communicative host - we really enjoyed our stay and will be back in the future!

Beautiful Rushy Creek

A beautiful property in idyllic location, we loved the peaceful country location, playing badminton and Finska, stargazing from the outdoor bath, walking around the property and just relaxing in a much cooler climate than up in Perth! Thank you Tracy for being a wonderful host.

Serenity on a Karridale sheep farm

This is one of the best holiday experiences we’ve had. The decor was first class, beds comfortable and every amenity provided, even a bath under the stars. The outside brick wood fire on the balcony a touch of genius with a comfortable couch and plenty of wood provided.

Getaway

Beautiful property, well equipped, and in a convenient location. Get away and spend some time with the peaceful cattle. Outdoor fireplace creates a nice ambiance on the deck in the evening.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Rushy Creek Farm. The kids had lots of room to run and explore. The property is well equipped in the kitchen. Great set up and secluded location. Its a great cosy place, the outdoor and indoor fire was used well during our stay. Will definetly be back in the future.

Perfect spot for a family holiday in the Margaret River region.

Thank you for a very comfortable stay for our family group aged 16 - 80 years old. Plenty of space for everyone in a relaxing setting. Close to beaches and the Blackwood River for daily swimming expeditions, with Margaret River / Augusta also conveniently nearby. We had fun with the games provided and loved our views of the cattle across the farm. The outdoor bath and shower were a hit!

Perfect summer holiday with the family

What an absolutely special place. Rushy Creek Farm was a perfect summer holiday for our family of 8 adults and 2 toddlers. We spent our days going on walks through the bush on the property, greeting the cows, having dinners on the back deck, playing badminton, and heading to beaches, bakeries, and wineries. The hosts were lovely and the farmhouse was modern, clean, and very comfortable- it had everything we needed from cookware, to antihistamines, bug spray, and finksa! Also loved the cool, artistic touches made from things around the farm like the light shades in the main room. Lots of places to lounge and read a book, and the outdoor shower and bath were luxury at sunset. We had the best time and will certainly return! Thank you.

The property is a delight to look at, live in and use. Everything you could possibly want has been considered making it feel like a true home. What we liked was the comprehensive additional information and instructions, the outdoor entertainment area and the beautiful peaceful scenery. We also liked the decor and general layout. We liked the locality to Hamlin Bay and Augusta, and the local two wineries are another level. What would we change or add? Can't really think of anything, but we didn't find any egg cups (small world problems). Shame it's not dog friendly but understand that some dog breeds are unpredictable. Would we return - most certainly.

Rushy Creek Farm

Overall a really nice and relaxing stay. Was nice being surrounded by sheep and little lambs. Would recommend going in winter to enjoy the wood fire.

Stunning farm retreat for a family gathering

The setting was absolutely beautiful and the modern farmhouse was fantastic with all modern conveniences. It suited our family of grandparents, two sets of parents and three small children perfectly. There were gilgies in the dam and baby lambs next to the house. The outdoor fire was a hit with marshmallow roasting and we cooked up some farmhouse meals in the well appointed kitchen.

Great gataway

Second time we have stayed at Rushy Creek Farm, fabulous location if you like peace and quiet. The lovely home is surrounded by open fields and beautiful farmland, we loved watching the sheep moving from paddock to paddock. It was lambing season so it was fantastic to see the new lambs with their mothers. Totally recommend a stay with a group of special friends and family.

Perfect family weekend

We loved the property immediately it was perfect for our three families, giving us the room to be together but also space to separate if needed especially with two babies. Just a perfect setting watching the sheep going from field to field listening to all the birds and just being at one with nature whilst have all the comforts of a beautiful home. Don’t forget to try the new distillery at the top of the drive.
