"If you want beach access, this is the place to stay as it’s right across the street! Our room was a sea view and it was stunning! The promenade and beaches were recently put in, with continued construction to expand it further. There is lots to do in the area and the white pebble beaches were amazing but you’ll definitely need water shoes. If you have mobility issues, there is a section of the beach that is designed for those with mobility issues (ramp and sea access via hoist or ladder) and it’s right across the street from the hotel.
Buffets had lots of choice so it was easy to find something we liked. Only challenge we had was the coffee situation. There was a machine to get an espresso but there was only one and the line was backed up.
The included saunas were well appreciated!"
"A really excellent place to stay. Sandra was the perfect host (very kind and thoughtful) and the apartment was perfect (including liots of delicious fruit from the garden). "
"Sadly you can only do the buffet and not open to have just yogurt and a coffee or something smaller. Beach side the staff can only deliver food/drinks -no interaction. Not personal we had to use an app that only worked 1/2 time. Drinks and food at the beach were too expensive and no happy hour. I stay in 5 star hotels all over the world. "
"Everything was perfect. Very accommodating for our later flights to make sure we were settled in and advised on good places to visit. The apartment was exactly as seen and very spacious and clean. We had everything we needed.
It’s a short walk down the steps to the beach which is lovely for swimming and relaxing at the cafes available there. Shops a short walk to get the essentials (food shop and medicine/toiletries shop)
The area is under going a bit construction but it didn’t disturb us as it was a little further away so was very peaceful. Would recommend and visit again!"
"The room was clean and comfortable opening into a semi private terrace. Fittings were a bit dated but fully functional and very clean. The continental breakfast was served on the rooftop terrace and was very fresh with ample choice.
Our issue with this hotel is finding it and checking in. It was raining at the time but we really struggled to find the hotel There is only one small sign hidden behind a large cactus which you can only see once you know it's there. There is no staffed reception. There is a small sign asking you to ring a doorbell to which the staff respond and come out to you. We never saw it in the pouring rain.
There are large building works in progress next door (where they are enlarging and existing school) and across the road (where they are building apartments). The building works were not noisy or dusty but added to the confusion if trying to find the hotel.
On day two, in the sunshine, we were able to chuckle about the previous day."
