「This hotel was perfect after a very long 1.5days of travel. The room was clean and large, the staff friendly. English was easily undersood.the breakfast had a large variety and the bar played the first game of World Cup soccer. Would recommend」

「Extremely friendly staff, they delivered expectional customer service right from the beginning. The property is fantastic, the rooms are clean, comfortable, and charming. The pools are fantastic, with great music. We also are at the hotel, and quite enjoyed every minute staying there. We will definitely be back, thank you.」

「They welcomed us and made us feel at home from day one. They helped me arrange a surprise for my wife's birthday. The staff are aways ready to help and make you feel comfortable. The room was beautiful, with a beautiful sea view and the breakfast, oh my gosh it was amazing. I really enjoyed staying at crown plaza hotel in Durres.」
