"Excellent hot springs "

"Everything was great, staff friendly. The only issue was immediately following the booking of our reservation, we received an email from the hotel stating that renovation was going on and the view from our room would be blocked due to the scaffolding. This was the case, but it was not a big deal. Breakfast was great, too."

"Great stay at Hotel Amsterdam. Staff friendly upon check in and check out. Deluxe room really spacious with comfortable bed and pillows. View out onto harbour was picturesque. Would stay again "

"Convenient "

"Excellent traditional experience, onsen is great and the traditional food sets (both breakfast and dinner) are very nice. Only problems I had overall were maintaince going on during my stay (landscaping and some light building work), and some parts of the building are showing their age (especially in the onsen and lobby areas). Bonus note, some of the hole in the wall restaurants nearby are excellent and the rual area nearby is great for a break from the big cities (it has that fresh air countryside feel)."
