“Upon arrival the staff at the reception was discussing some other person instead of attending to checking me in. They had to be redirected to their job in order for them to pay me any attention. The room I was given turned out to have ants on the bed. Thankfully I got moved into a different room by one of the more responsible and attentive staff members. The cleanliness is questionable, the place all in all is not comfortable (faulty/weak AC, sockets not working, smell of dust and humidity) and……

“We couldn't stay at Precious lodge. When we arrived at the lodge, receptionist didn't have any record of our stay, after receiving the full payment. The room alocated to us was absolutely disgusted and neglected. The were moods in the room. Every pieces of furniture in the room were broken. The bedding wasn't good. Old and over used bed sheet. The bathroom was filthy. The bath towel was old and wrecked. The manager of the property was not supported to us. I spoke to him on many occassion……

“They charged me extra even do i paid for the booking on expedia.”
