「I went with my husband and 7 year old son and we had a good time in Simantro. Loved the view and resort surroundings with all the greenary around, best part was the beach side and beach beds Beach was beautiful my son enjoyed. Overall we had a good experience, i would only recomend few more restaurants to be availble to eat. Other than that nice experience, nice staff and good food. 」

Die Suite lässt grundsätzlich keine Wünsche offen, auch das Frühstück, das jeden Morgen aufs Zimmer geliefert wird, ist reichhaltig und kann nach den eigenen Wünschen gestaltet werden. Einen Stern Abzug gibt es jedoch für zwei Themen: 1) Wir hatten von Beginn an in einem der Schlafzimmer einen sehr unangenehmen Geruch, sobald das Fenster zu war. 「Das Hotel ist sehr schön , traumhaft , was uns sehr negativ gestimmt hat war, dass wir vor Ort ein weiteres separates Zimmer benötigt haben , wir hatten über Expedia für 6 Personen inkl. half Board 3 Zimmer gebucht , für das separate Zimmer hat man uns einen deutlich höheren Preis abgenommen und nocheinmal half Board berechnet obwohl über Expedia bereits für 6 Personen bezahlt war, das Hotel meinte ich muss das mit Expedia klären ,das hat nichts mit dem Hotel zu tun ?!」
