Good location and well equipped

We spent three lovely days in this comfortable apartment in Kassel. It is only a short walk to all the major sites in the city centre. The kitchen had all we needed to cook.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Es war sehr angenehm dort für 2 Nächte zu wohnen. Bei Unstimmigkeiten konnte schnell eine Lösung gefunden werden. Der Check in war klar beschrieben und verlief problemlos.Auch die Kommunikation mit Sven ging immer schnell.In der Wohnung gab es vor allem in der Küche alles, was das Herz begehrt. Sogar etwas simples wie Spülmaschinentabs oder einen Schwamm. An alles wurde gedacht.Klare Weiterempfehlung!

Schöne, liebevoll eigerichtete Wohnung die sich im 4ten Stock ohne Aufzug befindet. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Allerdings sieht man das alles selbst gemacht wurde, ohne große Kenntnisse was Renovierung angeht, zu haben. Schiefe Linien vom Streichen, Sockelleisten nicht auf Gehrung geschnitten, Türleisten mit Silikon am Boden festgeklebt usw. Die Duschtür geht auch nicht zu, da die Dachschräge im Weg ist, dies hätte sich sicher anders lösen lassen, da man sich so zum Duschen in die Badewanne setzen muss um nicht das ganze Bad zu fluten. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man so braucht, alles gute Marken und Hersteller. Die Boxspringbetten und auch das Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer sind sehr bequem und wir habwn super geschlafen. Alle Zimmer lassen sich mit Rollladen verdunkeln. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sicher nicht die Beste, da in der Umgebung viel konsumiert wird. Dafür ist man zu Fuß in 10 Minuten in der Innenstadt.

Schöne, zentral gelegene Ferienwohnung

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Es fehlt an nichts, die Küche ist sehr gut mit guten Geräten ausgestattet. Wir haben viel gekocht, da das Wetter etwas regnerisch war… Die Matratzen sind sehr bequem. Nur das duschen ist eine kleine Herausforderung , man sollte schon etwas gelenkig sein :). Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist zentral, man ist in wenigen Schritten an der Tram. Das Auto haben wir auf einem P&R Parkplatz etwas außerhalb abgestellt für 1€ pro Tag.

Gut ausgestattete Wohnung

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Kassel. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Mehrparteienhaus gleich neben der Innenstadt. Die Häuser in der Umgebung erscheinen alle nicht sehr gepflegt, aber die Wohnung im DG wurde gut ausgestattet und man kann dort eine schöne Zeit verbringen.

Schöne Dachgeschosswohnung

Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet und war sehr sauber. Da die Badewanne in die Dachschräge hineinverläuft können sich größere Menschen beim Duschen allerdings leicht den Kopf stoßen. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, sodass man es auch zu mehreren Personen gut in der Wohnung aushalten kann.

Ferienwohnung entsprach der Beschreibung. Es war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Toll war die Kaffeemaschine mit Zubehör. Zum besuchen der Stadt sehr gut gelegen und ziemlich ruhig.Leider wurde nicht auf die notwendige Parkgebühr hingewiesen. Ein Duschvorhang und ein größeres Waschbecken war noch schön. Eine Steckdose im Bad haben wir ebenfalls nicht gefunden. Anreise durch den vorhandenen Schlüsselkasten total unkompliziert.
