Accommodation dirty with mould and cobwebs

Property manager sent a random person to give us the key, we felt uncomfortable as not the person as agreed. We then find the apartment hadn't been cleaned to rent (even after we paid 8 weeks earlier!)- mould in the bathroom, spiders, cobwebs, dirty floors and dirt and hair in the laundry. Property manager used agent Travelnest who now want to keep 20% booking fees and commission. Would not recommend. We stayed one night as tired after 10 hours of travel and left the next day after finding alternative accommodation. Disappointing.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt

Prima Wohnung für gute Freunde die auch gemeinsam etwas unternehmen oder im Quartier Spaß haben möchten. Nur das Parken ist problematisch.
