Welcome to our 200 m2 newly constructed, fully equipped property, boasting a 24 m2 pool and entertainment facilities. Unwind in our underground tavern for unforgettable hangouts. Our backyard features a spacious barbecue area, perfect for enjoying homemade delicacies like grilled dishes or peka, while the kids have a blast in the nearby playground.
Ideal for large families, our accommodation comprises three separate units. The ground floor houses two units for 2 + 2 guests each, while the first floor offers one large unit for 4 guests, accommodating a total of 12 people. The top floor remains vacant and is not available for rent.
Conveniently located halfway between the popular town of Split and the charming town of Trogir, our property serves as the perfect base for exploring the heart of middle Dalmatia. With numerous must-see attractions easily accessible from our location, you'll find endless opportunities for adventure and exploration along the stunning Dalmatian coast.

The Kastela Riviera spans about 20 kilometers (12 miles) along the northwest coast of Split, boasting the first Roman floating docks and 50 charming spots nestled amid lush greenery. Divided into Gornja (upper) and Donja Kastela (lower), it comprises seven historic and two modern settlements. Since ancient times, the Mediterranean ambiance, picturesque scenery, and unique natural surroundings of the Kastela region have drawn people from all walks of life. From ancient Greek sailors and Roman patricians to Croatian kings, Venetian royals, and present-day sun-seekers, the area's allure endures, with mysterious legacies from its rich past adding to its enchantment.
For optimal exploration and freedom to roam, we recommend renting a car. However, if you prefer to skip the hassle, we're happy to arrange taxi transfers whenever you need them. Your convenience is our priority.

Large family gathering

Igor and Matilda were great hosts. They welcomed our family with a great surprise. The pool was a god send with the heat. The only thing that would have made it a little better would have been for a few fans to help push the AC.
