Even no decaf coffee after checking with front desk; as customer, trying our best to understand, but seems Covid became such an convenience to hotels and lots of inconvenience to us! I request a partial refund for expensive these two rooms which will be very reasonable ”

“Nice place to stay in Cochran. Exterior doors to parking lot with plenty of space. It seems they have a live in caretaker that works the front desk so if you arrive for checkin outside of 3-6pm, you may need to ring their bell to check-in. It worked for us.”

The room was listed online at one rate, but when I arrived at the property, I was informed that a significantly higher rate would be required. The staff was unable to offer a satisfactory solution or assistance regarding the discrepancy. It also took a considerable amount of time to reach someone for help after arriving at the property. Overall, the experience was frustrating, and I was disappointed with the level of customer service……
