「Beautiful Property!!」

「The property is stunning. The dock onto the river is breath taking. Bit steep if you dont have great mobility, but was perfect for us. Beds were both queen size and comfy. The futon was not the most comfortable but perfect for lying on and enjoying the fireplace. Kitchen was fully stocked and had a drinking water spout. Host was extremely kind and responsive when needed. My partner and I had an amazing experience here and looking forward to coming again.」

「The cottage impressed us both from the moment we pulled in the driveway. I had booked in advance for our anniversary and my wife had no idea untill we showed up. Everything was clean and inviting and was such a perfect cozy place.」

「The apartment is amazing. View is stunning. Unit is so clean. Everything works. Amanda was great to work with, answered a couple of questions promptly before we arrived. All good and hope to visit again. Area is stunning too and lake swimming in October, wow.」

「Super freindly guys at reception. They were so kind and helpful!! The area is nice and the paths are great. The house was so lovely and had everything we needed. We had some amazing sunsets!! Only wish the restaurant was open and bar was running..it was always closed so we had to make sure we were well stocked.」

Only issue was that "Cabin #2" (this is Cabin #1) was very close to us (about 50m apart?)-- and we didn't feel it was described this way. Sitting at our picnic table you could distinctly hear voices and clinky of dishes from the others. They were not being loud -- the two cabin are just very close. Definitely not the "secluded" setting we were expecting.Other than...

「Property host was quick to communicate during booking and check in process. Property manager/cleaner is right next door for any issues and to give local recommendations. Area is quiet and the layout of the house made sure all relatives had a comfortable place to sleep. Take the canoe or kayaks onto the water and explore the lake. There is a town market on Saturdays which was a bonus as well as some quick bites to eat just a few minutes away. 」

「A perfect spot for relaxing but also close enough to amenities. It would suit couples, or family as it was incredibly spacious. It is also very well equipped with everything you’d want in your own home. The view to the front over the Lake of Bays was stunning and just beautiful to wake up to every morning. Very difficult to find fault with anything as it has been already thought of and catered for. A top notch place. 」
