"This traditional Japanese Inn is thoroughly modern with excellent facilities, rooms, Michelin quality food, and helpful staff. We want to call out ‘Mikki’ who was super kind and helped us with any language barriers we had. The entire restaurant staff was amazing and we are grateful to meet the chef. The onsens were also wonderful. A room here with breakfast and dinner included is an excellent value."

"翌日空港向かう為、利用させて頂きました。
部屋は掃除しっかり出来るいて，完璧とは行きませんが、気持ち良く寝れました。何よりも部屋は静かで，部屋と部屋の防音対策しっかりしているのが実感しました。今回朝食なしでした，次回は朝食付きで泊まりたい。周りのア クセスも良く，日根野駅西口出て，すぐホテルの看板が見えます，150メートル先です。コンビニも2軒あり、少し離れたところに(400メートル)イオンモールもあり、便利でした。"
