"I recently stayed at Hyatt Place Katy while attending my nephew's gala, and overall I had a pleasant experience. As I've come to expect from Hyatt, the room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The hotel itself was quiet, and the staff was friendly and professional. The only area that left me disappointed was the breakfast. One of the reasons I enjoy staying at Hyatt Place properties is that I've typically had very good breakfast experiences. Unfortunately, this location didn't meet those expectations. The selection was limited, the quality felt more like a basic continental breakfast, and some of the beverages, including the juice, didn't seem to be of the quality I've experienced at other Hyatt locations. Breakfast is an important part of my hotel stay, so I was hoping for a wider selection and fresher, higher-quality options. Improving the breakfast would significantly enhance the overall guest experience. Aside from that, I enjoyed my stay. The clean accommodations, comfortable room, and convenient location made it a good choice for my visit. I would consider staying here again, especially if the breakfast offerings are improved."

"My stay was great. We utilized the pool, weight room and had breakfast a few days. Everything was great. Every single staff member was inviting and helpful. The only thing is it was warm in all the common areas. Breakfast areas, hallways elevators ect… But the room was cool and comfortable. Overall an amazing stay!!!"

"The property was nice but the people above me were stumping the entire night and when I tried to call down to the front desk no one ever answered was around 3:00, something in the morning and went on for about an hour. They also had a baby that was screaming at the top of their lungs."
