「Wonderful rental property with all the needed amenities. Great host and very proactive with helping. 」

「The problems started before we even arrived. In the welcome email, I learned the upstairs toilet had been out of service since January. I booked in December and was never informed. Had I known, I likely would have chosen another property, as our group needed a working upstairs bathroom. When I reached out, I was told it was in the listing—even after I explained it was added after I booked.Check-in was scheduled for 4:00 p.m., but when we arrived, the cleaner was still there and didn’t finish...

「When I arrived at the property it was actually smaller than I expected, but it made me love it more! Really close to grocery stores and everyday conveniences. It was close to my family that I came to visit and perfect for traveling with a small child because all the conveniences not available at a hotel was there. I would definitely book again. 」

「Really lovely week-long stay at this home in Katy. Very clean, and the check-in process was smooth. The beds were comfortable beds and there was plenty of closet space and hangars. There is a very private, peaceful backyard where we often enjoyed our lunch. It was a real bonus to have a large, late-model washer-dryer for laundry. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Highly recommend this home. 」
