“Host was excellent. Some of the furniture needs to be repaired (kitchen chair legs were not stable, chair to rt of fireplace was broken, plastic hook on the back of the door fell off when I hung my towel on it, ice maker on countertop had mold in it)”

“The problems started before we even arrived. In the welcome email, I learned the upstairs toilet had been out of service since January. I booked in December and was never informed. Had I known, I likely would have chosen another property, as our group needed a working upstairs bathroom. When I reached out, I was told it was in the listing—even after I explained it was added after I booked.Check-in was scheduled for 4:00 p.m., but when we arrived, the cleaner was still there and didn’t finish……

“Really lovely week-long stay at this home in Katy. Very clean, and the check-in process was smooth. The beds were comfortable beds and there was plenty of closet space and hangars. There is a very private, peaceful backyard where we often enjoyed our lunch. It was a real bonus to have a large, late-model washer-dryer for laundry. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Highly recommend this home. ”

“It wasn’t my best Stay. I moved out a day early. I just couldn’t take the smell of the pet urine although it is available for you to bring pets there were ants in our heat was broke. Our Host was nice enough to bring us portable heaters and he calls someone out to get the heat fixed they had two other ports, which took a couple days. The day the part came in the technician wanted to come around 5 PM. That was just too late so I advised to Host to have him to fix it once we checked out.”

“We enjoyed our stay at Palo’s place. We easily got to the Equestrian Center and had many options for shopping and dining. Would stay here again. Our only concern was the neighborhood. Just a little rundown but otherwise centrally located.”
