"At 72 I have travelled extensively. My stay at the Horizon was absolutely the best hotel experience I've every had. The rooms were spacious and well equiped bit what made our stay at the Horizon so special was the staff. They wern't just polite and curtious, they were all very warm, friendly and eager to please and as I was getting married for the second time they had lots lots of little suprises awaiting us. The best hotel in the world is nothing without a good atmosphere and without a doubt the warm friendly atmosphere at the Horizon is second to none."

Wifi is good, conveniently located for the CBD and easy to find even for those with a truly terrible sense of direction. You're mostly paying for the cool looking building attached. Room amenities were pretty basic fare nothing terrible, nothing to sing about either. Concierge desk always very helpful and happy to look after bags after checkout and book a taxi if you want a final day of exploration before your flight. "
