"In comparison with the pictures, the rooms were very small for two people and a lot of supplies needed to be paid for such as slippers and even the sauna. Additionally, they didn’t have any toothpaste or toothbrushes."

"Sijainti oli loistava. Rakennus uusi ja hyväkuntoinen. Maisema parvekkeelta oli fantastinen. Sisäänkirjautuminen oli monimutkainen (tekniikka ei toiminut ulko-ovella). Asunto oli hieman epäsiisti, hiuksia viemärissä, tuhruja, veskin roskiksessa oli roskat, jääkaapissa tyhjä juomapullo. Mutta yleisarvosanana erinomainen."

"The kitchen was disgusting. All surfaces, cupboards, appliances and utensils were dirty and sticky and it was obvious that none of it had ever been properly cleaned. We have eaten out every day because of it. Also the temperature in the appartement was hot, the airconditioning / thermostate did not work."
