Everything was great except the parking situation. Free parking was advertised, but parking is free onsite only for the first 16 vehicles to arrive (the hotel has 100+ rooms). The free parking that is advertised pretty much means you have to drive up and down the street hoping for a space to open up. I drove for 45 minutes and never found a place. Had to find a pay parking lot, and the front desk would not reimburse me. The advertising is definitely misleading.

Excellent hotel perfectly positioned for shopping, old town and 45 minute walk to both beaches. Hotel is dog friendly- dog bed provided and drinking bowl.

Beautiful Kavala

Hotel is at the center of Kavala. Its a bit old but when you consider Kavala is a small city, this is normal. We did not expect 6-7 star hotels at that region :) Reception was very friendly and the breakfast was a very good one at the roof with a wonderful view of Kavala...

Travelled with friend. Twin room was comfortable, rooms cleaned well. Breakfast was very good. Large choice and variety. Location was fine. About 10 mins in taxi from the beach bars

The view from the room was beautiful- I could see the castle and the old town and the port in front of me and the Aegean Sea. I was told before my arrival via message that the hotel does not provide parking and that I should park at the telonio parking 250m away which cost 15Euros per day; surprisingly I saw some guests using the small parking space in front of the hotel and I inquired at the reception only to find out that they do have a parking space - a small one- and it is on a first-come-first-served basis. I was surprised because I had seen in the information about the hotel about the parking space and I had messaged the hotel that I was going to use it only to receive the answer above. Second, while in the room in the evening I heard some noises - turned out that the AC was emitting dust and paint right at the entrance space. I talked to the reception and it was cleaned the next day but still some came down the next morning. The reception personnel (with one exception) was very friendly and wanted to help.

Disappointed

The room is looking tired and photos do not represent the room. Bathroom too small and hand held shower not working properly We had sea view and it was very noisy from the street. We could also hear the occupants above us scraping the chair on the floor and the high heels on the floor Difficult to sleep at night We had two single beds put together and not comfortable at all Very average and would not recommend if you expect more

Totally disappointment

Location is perfect and also landscape too.. But; 1- when I get in to the room there was only EMPTY bottle of water on the table.. How can be sure if housekeepers did their job ıf they leave empty bottles. (There was no full ones also) 2- Parking? No front desk told me that ‘you can leave your car on street ıts safe’ … 3- Free WiFi? My room number was 304.. who wants to try ? Breakfast was good and also the landscape of breakfast hall amazing.. don’t book on apps, visit the hotel, check your room before booking
