On the first floor, the hotel connects to 7/11 store. U don't need to get out to get things from the store. there are several nice restaurants with reasonable prices. A short walk to Shinjuku station from B13 exit. Very convenient. "

And breakfast was amazing, it was plentiful despite crowds. Though, my partner and I find ourselves enjoying the variety of options everyday of our stay here. "
