"I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. The room was exceptionally clean, well maintained, and provided a relaxing environment throughout my visit. The staff were professional, courteous, and attentive, ensuring that all guest needs were handled efficiently. I also appreciated the breakfast, which was convenient and well prepared, offering a positive start to the day. Additionally, the availability of laundry facilities was a practical and valuable amenity, particularly for guests staying for an extended period. "The food available here is so far bad it’s indescribable. The hotel is fine, pool and location perfect, the bar is fun but the restaurant food is crap. A colleague had the pizza, it was seemingly made with packet ham, my burger and chips…well I couldn’t eat them and i eat almost everything. $30 burger that was so bad it was unetible. The breakfast was good "

"My apartement was very clean and in a excellent condition. It was very quiet during my stay. The mattress was very comfortable and I usually always have back pain. The bathroom was a good size and beautiful. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. The balcony was a lovely size. I was very happy with the staff - they were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The "Lowanna Beach Resort" is very close to the beach and the shopping centre is directly opposite. There is nothing to complain about; on the contrary, it was simply lovely and I'll definitely be back!"
