"Nice hotel,lovely staff, comfortable beds "

"This is a wonderful hotel in the heart of old town Colmar. We slept with our window open and enjoyed using the sauna at the end of a busy day. The staff were very courteous and the rooms were a great size and had all the nice amenities. This was a wonderful experience and I would stay there again! Plus it’s a 13 min walk from the train station if you’re coming from Paris or Strasbourg. I’m pretty particular when it comes to travel and this hotel exceeded my expectations. "

"Luxury hotel in the center of Colmar. Everything was wonderful and the staff was attentive. You are in the center of everything, but you do not feel like you are in the center of everything. The park surrounding the hotel is beautiful and tranquil. All of the highlights of the city (Little Venice, City Centre) are within easy walking distance. We highly recommend the Colmar self-guided walking tour, following the little arrows with the Statue of Liberty to get a feel for the city sights. Highly recommend."

"I like everything about the hotel. Max. 20 minutes from the train station and 10 minutes from the city centre by walk. The staff is friendly. Breakfast is very good. I would stay there again. "

"Just a gem built in the 1500’s with a fantastic breakfast. It is old but not tired at all. They even have a lift. Everyone was so gracious especially Madam who makes the most dreamy eggs. The hotel Sits on a canal in the Venice of France it was delightful sitting on their enclosed deck sipping our coffee watching swans and ducks go by. We could walk the entire town from our hotel and we did. Try to get a one hour guide to familiarize yourself with the history of the town. Just so you know there is a Monoprix in town if you forgot something. "

"The location of the hotel is perfect. It’s 15 minutes walk from the train station and 5-6 minutes walk to bus stops for local buses. Also very close to all attractions. It’s very well managed. Everyone was very polite and helpful. Joanna and Emma were super helpful with their advices at the reception. Croissants couldn’t be more fresh as they just come from the oven. Thank you for making my holiday enjoyable. I come here next time as well. "

"Driving in France on holiday from the UK. Great position near the centre of Colmar. Large room with all the facilities. Good breakfast and options if you prefer to eat in your room. This was the first time we have used Novotel Suites. I was impressed."
