Kapaa Keahua Arboretum Hotels

"We enjoyed our stay here but a couple of feedback points which we did mention to the hotel directly. The breakfast voucher set up was unnecessarily confusing and not properly explained to us at check-in, causing issues with the check when we were expecting breakfast to be included. We stayed in one of the Kings Cottages which was perfect for what we required. However the retro air con units were a bit smelly and we were missing a bug shield on the patio door, which would have been handy given the family of huge spiders camped out on their webs on our patio! The concierge staff were friendly and helpful and Kurt was a gentleman. We really enjoyed the craft fayre and local hula show during our stay. "

"Ocean view was beautiful, pool was beautiful, but there were so many leaks, and construction going on for the amount of money they charge for resort fees. You also have to basically park inside a swimming pool if it has rained"

"Only one smaller hot tub that was full constantly so we never made it in and with pretty bad weather that would have been nice. Need to have more to do around the hotel grounds, like horse shoes, volleyball, something when the water is too rough to get in. The staff were great. Good overall stay, wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. "

"The staff was excellent and came through in our extremely late check-in. Condo was fully stocked with cooking supplies, patio furniture, toilet paper, paper towel but no beach chairs, no beach mats, very limited dishwashing soap, one dishwasher pod, nothing to clean all the glass top or granite. Otherwise , a beautiful resort and lovely beach, walking trails. Would most definitely stay here again. Ma halo."

"Great view out the balcony, one of the best parts was just sitting there every day for long hours. Close to couple if good beaches, also well connected with any side of the island. Every amenity needed for stay like beach chairs, umbrellas, were provided. Loved the stay. "

"Had a fantastic shower! Updated bath and kitchen as well. Location was very close to the airport and access to good roads to the rest of the island. Nearby eateries and market area close enough to walk to. Nice pool area and lanai; close to golf, and fine beaches."
