「My boyfriend and I enjoyed this property a lot. It was clean and had great amenities. I wasn’t used to the ease at which the bugs got in (this is not the owners fault, just part of being in the woods) and the stone steps from the driveway to the actual steps are not optimal, in my opinion. If someone needs a walker or has a wheelchair I do not think I would select this property for that reason alone. 「We had a fabulous time here! This was a great location. Not only was it close to historic sites, downtown Harper’s Ferry, but we also thoroughly enjoyed the river (as did our dog!). While this is a back unit to the host's home, they were were hospitable, friendly, made an effort to give us privacy and allowed us full use of all the amenities. 「99% positive things to say about this place. The views, the kitchen, the beautiful room facing down the mountain was our favorite room to do things.The mattresses are a little too forgiving. We prefer stiffer mattresses than were provided. And the drive up, if not used to driving up a mountain, was a bit terrifying the first time. But you get used to it. Sort of.Enjoyed our stay and would stay again if we decide to spend time in the area again.」
