“The unit is located on a major roadway which was unexpected. When we went to wash our dinner dishes the sink drain pipe was not connected and caused a major water mess under the sink. There was water damage under the sink suggested that this had happened before. There is no access to a waher/dryer unit so we were out of towels and needed to request more. The deck had a large broken propane grill on it so we were unable to use the deck.”

“The location is fantastic. I parked when I got there and didn’t move the car until I left. I saw Church Street and the downtown area, walked along the lakefront and hiked up to and around the University. The neighborhood is full of students and the place reminded me of my college studio apartment. It’s nicely decorated but the floor slants and the place is small. Without the cleaning fee it’s a good value but the fee makes it a little pricey for what you get.”

“Currently, I cannot find the description of the apartment but it would have been helpful to Know that it was in a Basement. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five was because there were five entrances into the apartment. Although they were all locked, it was a little alarming. Additionally, there is no kitchen if that's important to you.”

“Location excellent, was in walking distance to church st marketplace, restaurants, coffee shops, bars etc. Appreciated having a dedicated parking spot & apartment was easy to access. Very petite but efficient room, had everything we needed and was very quiet at night.”

“The property is very clean and up to date. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and glasses. There is a lovely shaded back yard.”
