「The room was clean, they had decorated it for us for our honeymoon stay! They also celebrated us with some cakes as well. The view out of the room was beautiful. The bathroom facilities were 5/5 with ample amenities. The staff were very friendly and helpful too. Couldn’t recommend a stay here enough.」

「Beautiful, spacious facility right in the airport. Clean modern room with amenities at a great price, spa, conference rooms. Very nice restaurant where we ate lunch. Very professional and kind staff. Very quiet, peaceful, and comfortable place to spend a layover. Wish we had facilities like this in airports in the U.S.」

The best part of this hotel was the staff in the Indian Restaurant. They were a delight. I’ll be back in Kochi and may not stay there again but I would go and eat there anytime. 」

「Had high hopes but servicing of the rooms is almost non existent. Asked housekeeping to clean , seems like too much of an effort for them. Breakfast is very average. You can do better at street restaurants nearby. Restaurant staff are nice but need training . Finally, road noise from the MG road outside will bother ALL day and night , can’t sleep. 」
