“As always the cabin was clean, comfortable and welcoming. Secluded and the only noise heard was the song birds. The hot tub was perfect and the fire pit was great when it was too rainy for the hot tub. See you again in the fall.”

“Very nice home! Was clean when we arrived. Very well stocked. We got there in the dark so a little hard to find. Lots to do nearby. Loved the big table for playing games. Girls 12-21 loved basement game room!”

“Enjoyed the stay. Very convenient with Massanutten and near JMU. Some nice sight seeing. The property is well maintained and very quick response time by the manager. They are strict on checkout times. I got a message 15 min before checkout warning me that the housekeeper was waiting on us and that I had 15 min. This was after a snafu at checkin where, even though we were an hour late for checkin, the property wasn’t quite ready. Not a big deal, especially since we booked the day before. Loved……

“Nice cabin with good layout and excellent location, close to everything in Luray. The mattresses and pillows were comfy, and the chairs in the basement were a nice touch. My one complaint is the kitchen: there weren’t many items to cook or bake with, and the ones there were older, scratched and rusty. The river was also fairly hard to access—we didn’t end up using the kayaks we brought because we didn’t think we could get them down and back. But overall, we would definitely stay here again!”

“The property itself is PERFECT for a couples getaway or a solo vacation. I truly enjoyed the time to relax & reset. My only issue when booking with VRBO you don't realize some of the "normal" things you find in rental properties were not there until you get there. I've booked with rental properties and there has always been seasonings left in the kitchen (at least salt & pepper). The only other issues is the cleaning requirements....sweeping & mopping the floor definitely was a bit much since……

“This is a great house, located very close to the resort. Beautiful views and many amenities made this a wonderful home away from home.”

“It was nicely located for what we wanted to do. The cabin was very nice. It was clean and very well equipped. We did have a power failure one night after a rain storm. As the instructions stated, we contacted the owner and she got back to me within 10 minutes and said that she had notified the electric company. It came on in less than an hour.”

“Beautiful views. Condos were great to stay with family. Love the kitchen. I was able to cook all meals for my family of 4. Jet tubs were dirty so I cleaned it but still felt uneasy taking a bath. Aesthetic of it was nice though. I also loved the options of different activities for adults and family. ”
