"Very good location near train station, bus stop, supermarket and convenience stores. Excellent cafe on 1st floor. What makes this hotel exceptional is the staff and service they provide. Bellhop was there to assist with our luggage as soon as we arrived, check-in staff "

"There are laundromats but only three. Wi-Fi is ok and the television, though supports screen mirroring, fails to play Netflix or Prime due to copyright stuff. The staff are friendly and helpful. They could help to receive my Amazon deliveries and keep my large luggage till I returned to stay with them after some side trips."

"The Gate Hotel is a nice property directly connected to Tenjin station. It's well-located for both day and evening entertainment. The room was clean and modern. There was a lack of towels to shower more than once without a change. Staff was pleasant, if a bit cold. Views from the room made for decent city photography. "

"Not worth the money. Shares a lobby with a pod hotel and has a hostel vibe. People sleeping in the lobby. Rooms are not sound proof and you can hear your neighbour cough. Staff and not very friendly. Would not stay again"
