"We were unaware on our reservation through Hotels.com that our reservation included breakfast and dinner. We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and dinner was basically the same every night - not what I am looking for in a vacation. Still the dinner is very good. Having said that, all the food is very Japanese, so not what all travelers can do. The hotel itself is gorgeous with amazing amenities. "スタッフさんの対応はとても良かったです。 写真の感じだとまあ古いんだろうな とは思っていましたが想像以上に汚くて びっくりしました笑 壁紙も汚く、エアコン、冷蔵庫もカビだらけ シャワーも弱く換気扇が切れないように なっているのでずっとうるさいです。 アメニティ、シャンプーは持ち込みおすすめします。 他のお部屋はわからないので一概には 言えませんが、スタッフさんの対応が 良いのでお部屋のクオリティさえ 良くなればリピートしたいです。 "
