The room was clean, the staff was efficient. They told us we would be charged for one day parking, but they charged us 139.95 for the stay. Unsure what this was for since parking was 29.00

I have been wait for the hotel bus t pick me up over than one hour. It’s only 10mins away. Outside was so cold. It was ridiculous.! Bad experience
