Beautiful property! Easy access on foot to local amenities. Did not have time to enjoy the pool or outdoor area but overall wonderful facility. Would definitely book again!

Check-in instructions provided on the day of check-in were completely wrong and it took over an hour to get into the property with the owner not answering his phone. Allocated car park space was being used and queried this with the owner who didn't reply so had to pay for street parking. TV not working and this was queried with the owner, again without response. Lounge room furniture very uncomfortable. Good spot and has a lot of potential but would not recommend based on these issues

I have almost never been one to complain but I’d want someone to tell me about this place From the moment we arrived the communication was terrible, the instructions were wrong (door codes provided when there was a non working door panel for entry to the building and no electronic access to the apartment) it took us an hour to get into the apartment with extremely poor communication from the owner. We finally managed to get in and once we were in that’s when the host stop communicating at all Dirty toilet seats, floors, sheets and towels in the apartment. No wifi non working tv, no art in the walls, one single couch that was so hard there was no foam or comfort to speak of To say I wouldn’t come back to this place is an understatement Do yourself a favor and never visit I WANT A FEFUND

Great location, but everything else was a nightmare. Parking instructions were wrong, and the stall was so tiny even a small car barely fit. On our second day, the keypad stopped working—we were locked out for over 3 hours. The host was unresponsive; even VRBO couldn’t reach him. When he finally replied, his instructions didn’t work. One guest missed her dialysis appointment and became dizzy while waiting until a kind neighbor let us rest inside. Neighbors told us this unit is rented illegally, and the condo board fines the hose each time. After checkout, the host added a charge, falsely claiming we requested a locksmith. We paid good amount of money, absolutely not worth the stress and dishonesty. Avoid this property at all costs.

Great location and nice condo. Great communication from host. Shame some of the resort amenities were closed (pool, Billiard room and clubhouse) because of renovations, but the condo is so close to the beach that it did not matter. Will come back again.

Small beds

The apartment is fine but the beds are small. The beds are slightly bigger than a twin maybe a double. Unless they post pictures of the beds I would assume they have not been changed and are still small. The location is good

Great spot with superb hosts

When we arrived the place was clean as can be with all new kitchen ware. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the downtown core of Kelowna. Bobby was very easy to communicate and very accommodating throughout the stay. If we had any questions during our stay, he was quick to help with no hesitation. A fantastic host. Very impressed with the entire stay and would highly recommend. Thanks again Bobby!

In poor condition--toilet seat broken, holes in the walls, double beds instead of queens, motel style air conditioning inadequate except in the living room, cupboards need repairs, etc

This property does not have a dead bolt on the door and the patio door does not lock, so I did not feel safe and do not recommend this place to ladies travelling alone. Also, the wi-fi did not work the entirety of my stay. Other that that, very nice and clean condo.

The parking was difficult to figure out. There were a few things that would have made it more comfortable. No screens on the windows or sliding door. No bedside lamps for low light in the night. No salt and pepper shakers (noone travels with these). No ice cube trays for cold drinks. No mats for the bathrooms. Otherwise very nice and easy to contact sometimes if you need help.

Good location, great space, quiet & clean. Bobby was fast in answering questions. Dishes were a bit dirty so we had to wash everything before using them. It was hard to find the entrance to parking lot, so better directions could have helped. We couldn't find the rules at the apartment. But all in all we enjoyed our stay!

Perfect Location. Close to everything! Parking is a little complicated, but once you get the lay of the land it is easy. The apartment was clean and comfortable.

I really only come to Kelowna for 2 things. To drink wine and ride the line scooters. This is our first time in a vacation rental v a hotel. To be fair we actually didn’t do much at the apartment other than sleep but it served it’s purpose just great. Location was excellent, close enough to everything but far enough not to be troubled by noise. Beds were comfy the 2nd bathroom was great for there being 2 couples. It was warm inside even though it wasn’t that hot outside. The air con helped with the living area but with the bedroom doors closed it was pretty hot!( Not bragging ) all in all it was a great choice. Thank you.

Clean and close to Downtown

Cute condo with nice view of property. Hot tub was great and easy to get to. The beds/furniture weren't super comfortable but not bad and was clean. Would consider staying here again.

Great location. Exactly what we were looking for.

All of our concerns and questions were answered promptly even with a mix up all was handled so great. The space was almost Perfect. The bedrooms could use some bedside tables and bath mats would be helpful. The underground parking can be confusing when you first enter it. The directions say to follow the purple pillars. We ended up in the wrong elevator which took us to the wrong building. Look for the purple walls. All in all a great experience !

Good Location

Good location, we were able to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go. Bobby quickly responded to any questions I had. Some stains on the carpet but overall the place was clean. I would recommend staying here.
