About this space
Stay at our relaxing, convenient, and peaceful suite with washer and dryer!
Perfectly located in a peaceful neighbourhood, only 7 minutes to downtown and 10 minutes to the beach. Unwind and relax in this comfortable and welcoming 1-bedroom suite. Beautiful valley and mountain views. Quick and easy access to Knox Mountain trails. On-site free parking.
The space
This private, quiet, and spacious garden level 1-bedroom suite with separate access includes a sofa-bed in the living room. There is a kitchenette and cooking appliances can be provided upon asking, washer & dryer, and soaker tub and shower.
NOTE: there are stairs to reach the suite.
Guest access
Guest suite has a separate keyless entrance.
There are steps to reach the guest suite.
Other things to note
-This suite is best suited for up to 2 people
- May accommodate one child/teenager as sofa in living area converts to a sofa bed
-40 inch flat screen TV in living room
-High Speed WiFi
