「I was surprised the hotel was nearly new and location is good as well to go everywhere Next time I will still choose it if I have my vacation in kelown」

「Staff were great. Hot tub was warm not hot. I booked a room with two queen beds but they switched us to a dog friendly room which had a pullout couch instead which was super uncomfortable (and blanket looked stained). There were many noisy, unsupervised kids/teens running down our hall repeatedly until after 10 pm. Could hear constant doors opening and closing and kids kicking on doors. Not an enjoyable stay.」

「Facing the golf course water foundation is nice. However, there was a body hair on one do the bed and the air conditioner was too noisy at night. The waterside in the pool was very fast, some kids found it very fun but some found found it quite intimidating. The waffle in the breakfast is yummy.」

「The rooms feel like a dorm room. It was the smallest window that claimed to be “water” view. They need updating in a bad way - especially for the cost!! Restaurant was great!」

「Very old building with some decent renovations but much still needing to be updated. Parking was a struggle. Not enough spaces and a bit chaotic. Homeless people all around the place」
