"The staff were very friendly, I had to get my room changed as it was very dirty. The other room I got was cleaner but still not very, there was hair in the tub and stains on counters. I only stayed one night and won’t stay again."

"While the hotel isn’t a five star, the experience was. Staff were helpful when we arrived a bit early with our baby in tow. Room was clean and air conditioning worked great for the hot weekend we enjoyed. Food at the cafe downstairs was great and staff were attentive to our dietary restrictions. Gluten free options VERY much appreciated. We would come back for sure. Thanks for a great stay. "

"Coffee at breakfast horrible - very weak - toaster took 3 tries to toast muffins - needs improvement- pool not warm very cool sb better heated - no air conditioning in hallways although room was good"

"Room was facing the highway and this hotel is right next to highway. There was a lot of traffic sound all night. Couldn’t get good sleep"

"OK--- super dirty . main door was broken, tv remote didn't work, a/c wouldn't cool below 24 degrees Celsius , could not get wi-fi , staff was partying at 4 in the morning, they woke me up . i went to bathroom and found out i had no hot water , they didnt seem to give a s**t , they said they would look at it in the morning . and i said yes just in time for the next guys, he agreed i said i need a shower in the morning could I use another room for showering, he said sorry NO . it was getting cold around 4 am and guess what next NO furnace operation , this straw broke the camels back i FOUND GRAVEL OR SAND IN THE BOTTOM OF THE BED UNDER COVERS AND PULLED ALL THE COVERS BACK ALL KINDS OF THICK BLACK LONG HAIRS AND I HAVE SHORT GREY AT 75 YEARS OLD . there was a lot more about the dirtiness but you've heard enough, I'm going to call the health department and have them inspected. I EXPECT A FULL COMPENSATION FOR THAT STAY AND DONT LET ANOTHER CUSTOMER STAY THERE FOR YOUR OWN GOOD."

"Room was clean on surface but we found a pair of socks under the sofa and it was dirty in corners. Beds weren't comfortable and the linens were really plasticy. "
