I guess the description is accurate and I did not read closely enough. There is no living room area. (Chair in kitchen. Chair in bedroom.) Instead there is a 6 seat dining room table in a large room between bedroom and kitchen which made no sense as it’s a very small apt. “I came up with my teenage son and some of his far-flung friends who usually only meet on zoom and wanted to have a getaway together. They cooked, hiked and played board games. Everyone liked the house. It looked even nicer than the pictures. Very roomy. Lovely rural area to explore. Everything we could want for our stay except the wifi could be better. There was decent cell service though.”

“This property is fantastic and the photos/listing don’t do it justice! It’s a little slice of heaven in wine country. On a small picturesque vineyard, the backdrop is already set for a perfect stay in wine country. The landscaping in the back yard is gorgeous. The house is very clean and comfortable, and had ample space for our group. It’s located a stone’s throw away from many great wineries in Healdsburg, making tastings super convenient. We needed to get our annual planning for 2025-26 done quickly and the best way to do that was to get away from our day-to-day lives and location.Linda's home is lovely, extremely comfortable and has ideal amenities and is a perfect balance between quiet and easily accessible.We had a great visit!
