Close to the wonderful towns of Kelso and Jedburgh, with their leisure and shopping facilities.

Enter the charming, stylish, period cottage into the light, bright and spacious lounge, enjoying lovely countryside views over the rolling Cheviot Hills, with TV, French doors leading out to the rear patio and dining area. From the lounge you are met with the well-equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine and microwave, perfect for those wishing to cook up a storm. Next you will find the shower room with shower and WC. Heading up the stairs to the first floor, you are met with a spacious double bedroom with additional single sofa bed, perfect for families or friends, there is also a handy en-suite WC.

Venture outside, you will find the rear patio area that can also be accessed from the lounge, with table and chairs enjoying wonderful rolling hill countryside views, perfect for alfresco dining, or to perhaps enjoy a good local ale or a nice glass of wine. There is ample off-road parking available next to the cottage.
