Great stay in the off-season with only a few guests in the hotel. It felt like the entire staff was attending to us. We were treated like royalty ;) Ksenia from the Entertainment team took us to see the nearby mountain and it was an awesome trip. Fantastic food and service. We had a lot of fun!

Our stay was lovely, staff was nice all around other than one member of staff who had a bit of an attitude which as a VIP member did not appreciate. Food was nice but needs to change and have more variety Entertainment bit boring but last night we were there was good with the dancers Location is great with local shops & restaurants Spa facilities were great having had a Hammam Coffee scrub mixed massage which included full body reflexology and hot stone massage with a face masque Shisha was available which we did a couple of times We did a boat trip and quad biking arranged by a local company referred by the hotel We met a hotel rep who came to talk to us on our last day and we said it would have been nice to have had him there at the begining of our trip so we had an idea of what we could do. Overall the trip was a nice memorable one however with some improvements it will be awesome being there. 8 out of 10

Friendly and helpful staff. We stayed in a two room suite It was quite comfortable. It over looked the pool and outdoor stage area. The cleaning crews were exceptional. The all-inclusive food/drink was more than enough variety and interest. We loved being able to grab and go from the pool area or the beach when appropriate. You have to cross a street to get to the beach, so no true beachfront view from the hotel, but it is a private beach area with lots of amenities once you get there. The lounge areas, inside and out, where you can grab a coffee or a drink and just hang out, were delightful. The spa seemed great, even though we only used it for beach towels, other people seemed to be enjoying it. We did use the onsite doctor for some small injury assistance and he was quite quick and helpful. The guests were from all over the world and we enjoyed getting to meet friendly people and learn their stories. The hotel is gated and there is a person on duty at the driveway entrance. The street it was on, is a bit remote, but we had no safety issues. My only thoughts on improvement would be the loud music past 11pm (from the disco maybe - not sure)? Also the Guest Relations person I spoke to only knew about the hotel offerings and literally told me she didn't live around the area so she couldn't tell me anything about what I could find in town. I thought that was a bit odd. Regardless, we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

This is the worst so called 5 stars Hotel I stayed in. The reception staff and management were useless and hopeless. I had to sleep on the FLOOR for six nights because the mattress was very old, uncomfortable, sinking springs. I reported it to the management and they promised to change the mattress. All they did was to turn the mattress upside down, ending in a worse situation and resulting in back problems. After several complaints with the manager called Leila and even others, they suggested to change the room. Nothing happened at all. In addition, it was stated in the offer by Expedia to be given a bottle of wine on three occasions I raised the matter which was ignored completely. It seems they don’t value and appreciate Expedia’s Gold members. I hope the matter would be thoroughly investigated with the management of this hotel.

Der var rengøring hver dag på værelset, uden bestilling og ekstra betaling. Maden var rigtig god, lækker buffet med varierende mad, og 3 Ala carte restauranter man kan bruge ubegrænset. Lækker snack bar i nærheden af poolen, let tilgængelig og gode muligheder. Der er omtrent 10-15 forskellige drinks man kan vælge imellem, og ubegrænset sodavand og vand alle steder. Personalet er ikke fremragende til Engelsk da de hovedsageligt snakker russisk eller Tyrkisk, men man kan klare det meste. Spaen i kælderen er god, og man kan forhandle med dem om prisen, da den ikke er inkluderet, det er stadig billigere end dansk Standard. Fitness rummet er ikke sindssygt stort, men der er det mest basale. Alt i alt var vi yderst tilfredse, vi havde værelse til nabo hotellet, de spiller højt musik indtil 23:30 ca, så hvis man vil have tidligt ro, bestil værelse med pool udsigt.

2 gece konaklamamız ile ilgili olumlu gözlemlerimiz: -Odamız temizdi, personel genel olarak güler yüzlüydü. -Açık büfe yemekleri çok çeşitli değildi ama yeterli ve lezzetliydi. -Çocuklarımız tenis kortunu kullanabildi gündüz saatlerinde, gayet memnun kaldılar. 2 yıldız verme sebebim olan olumsuz tarafları: -Otelin plajına gitmek için bir cadde geçmeniz gerekli ve belediye parkından geçerek gidiliyor. (Trafik geçişi güvenliydi.) -Çıkış günümüzde (henüz çıkış saatimiz gelmemişken ve üstelim oda kartlarını bile teslim etmemişken) eşim odaya çıktığında bir bagaj ve içinde kimlik ve kredi kartlarımızın olduğu çantamızın koridorda kapının önüne bırakıldığını ve kat temizlik görevlisinin odayı temizlediğini gördü. Daha önce konakladığın otellerde böyle birşeyle karşılaşmadım ve asla uygun olmayan bir durum. Resepsiyon görevlisi özür diledi kendisi de daha önce böyle birşey yaşanmadığını söyledi. O gün çıkış yapılacakların listesi kat görevlilerine veriliyormuş ona göre temizlik yapılıyormuş ama hem çıkış saati gelmemiş hem içeride eşya varken olması malesef düşük bir puan vermeme sebep oldu.

Crystal Aura- Orta derecede iyi

Crystal De Luxe Otelden konaklama aldım ancak bizi daha iyi olduğu belirtilen denize sıfır Crystal Aura'ya ücretsiz gecirdiler. Gece banyoda böcek gördüm. Klima bakımsız ve çalıştığında koku saçıyordu. Restoranda kimi kaşık çatal lekeliydi. Yine ana restoran oldukça kalabalık oluyordu klimalı kısımda yer bulmakta güclük çekiyorduk. Yemeklerde lezzet hiç yoktu. Çay Lipton demlik poşeti ile demlenmisti. Türk usulü çay otuyla demlenmemisti. Deniz güzeldi temiz ve suyu sıcaktı ancak plajda sigara dumanına aşırı derecede maruz kalmak bizi çok rahatsız etti.
