We loved our stay at this hotel. The place is very spacious, the platform above the sea was the best - we basically spent all the day on it. There were shows every evening and other entertainment activities. We got a family duplex which was great for a family of five. Lastly but not the least, the food was amazing lots of variety and delicious. We will come back again.

The hotel is amazing, there is always something to do and the evening entertainment is probably the best we've seen. The buffet restaurant has a large variety of foods to cater for everyone. I would say that some proper napkins would be nice though as only tissues are used, even in the A La Carte restaurant, which we felt took away from the 5* rating. There are plenty of bars around the hotel so you are never waiting long for a drink and also the bar staff were very accommodating and made other drinks that weren't on the menu. We did feel like the alcohol had been watered down significantly though. The pool was always just the right temperature, with the sea being just as warm.

Beautiful property with large public spaces to accommodate everyone. The food options in the daily buffet were immense. As it felt like large cruise ship, hand washing stations or sanitation before entering the buffet should be required. The communication about daily activities should be on the TV in several languages. Also for a 5 star hotel, the towels were thin and dingy.

Property is very elegant and exceptionally designed. Loved the open concept and the layout. We traveled with a toddler and the Rino club was a big hit. Restaurant is huge and all meals are buffet style, excellent service staff. The property is well maintained, could use couple extra bar tenders though as the lines for drinks were quite long. This is our second hotel from Swandor brand, we are looking forward to exploring another Swandor property.

Good points: Staff - friendly and polite (mostly) Waterpark - amazing size and variety Bars - all over the place and not long queues Loungers - no issues at all at anytime to get one or three Steak Restaurant - outstanding and a whole other level to the resort Entertainment - this was one of the best yet Rooms/grounds - all modern and well kept Bad points: Staff - some just took orders and vanished, others just stood and chatted rather than serving especially in the buffet for drinks. Turkish Restaurant - major let down. All dishes just brought out, put on table and undercooked chicken served which put us off the meal. Not the same level as steak restaurant at all. Food - this was getting repetitive by day 6 for us as it’s the same food in the snack buffet as the restaurant all day. Glasses - having glass by the pool is a major risk and should not happen Babies without swim nappies or naked in pools causing pool closures Cleaning staff (rooms) - only half cleaned and parts missed a lot. Had to ask for refills of toilet roll. Towels - room towels are tiny like for a child. Obscene pool level music - this is too much and too loud. No relaxation area. Overall - this hotel is not a 5* - for the following points are missing: 1. Rollerblading waiters/poolside service - missing unlike all other 5* properties 2. No alternate lunch options like snack or gozleme like other properties 3. No theme nights for buffet 4. No live cooking at all - not even omlettes
