There is accommodation for a total of six people in three bedrooms: Bedroom 1: double bed (width 180 cm). Bedroom 2: two single beds (width 80 cm). Bedroom 3: bunk bed (width 80 cm). Hallway, 2 x toilet, dressing room, shower and sauna with electric heater.
Behind the house there is a yard with direct access to the beach, distance approx. 40 m. The beach is shallow and is well suited for children to play or for a peaceful evening by the water. The shore of the yard is soft and gently deepens. There is no pier or boat.
Heated garage for 1 car. The house offers a good setting for both summer and winter holidays. The nearby area offers opportunities for fishing, outdoor activities and, in winter, skiing.
Kemi city centre 7.6 km, Tornio 34 km, Haparanda on the Swedish side 36 km, Rovaniemi 148 km.
