“I’m not sure how to explain the experience. It’s not a hotel and it’s not a lodge. The place is in miserable state but it might have charming atmosphere for some. Not for me and my family. We lived among the staff !
I think the best I can say is that there was warm water and enough of it. We arrived on a very cold day ”

“Booked to stay on Snow Hotel, Travelled all the way from USA, got to the snow hotel only to find out that NO snow hotel was made this year. DId not get any email from Expedia nor the hotel about any cancellation on the part of the hotel. SO FRUSTRATING. WASTE OF MONEY.”
