"Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment in Kempten! Die Lage am Rathausplatz könnte nicht besser sein, super zentral und alles in fußläufiger Nähe. Die Einrichtung ist völlig ausreichend, sehr sauber und es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Besonders toll fanden wir, dass sogar das Babybett und der Hochstuhl schon aufgebaut und perfekt im Schlafzimmer bzw. am Esstisch bereitgestellt waren. "Pros: Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und großzügig. Florian ist ein sehr netter hilfsbereiter Gastgeber und immer für einen netten Austausch da. Mit seinem guten Geschmack hat er die Wohnung so liebevoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles da was gebraucht wird. Sogar ein Fahrrad um kurz in die Stadt zu fahren oder die Gegend zu erkunden. The only hitch we had was our GPS took us up the road where construction had closed it. We didnt know there was an easy access road that wasn't showing on our map. "Well presented loft flat with mezzanine bedroom - this was perfect for our two girls - and beautiful view of the girls and lake (Rottachsee). The kids loved the swimming pool on-site. We didn’t get to swim in the lake as the weather wasn’t great whilst we were there, but we found lots of things to do and places to visit to keep us out of trouble! Property could do with having a second set of cutlery for four, but otherwise was a perfect place to stay 😊"
