“When we arrived our flight was late so we thought we would have to walk from the train station to the hotel but they sent a shuttle for us at 11:30pm. Upon arrival check in was easy and Jacob was great. The next day we left and asked the front desk to put a call into housekeeping for towel and coffee service only. And when we returned to our room after a long day our things had been moved room fully serviced and half my gummy meds missing. So I went to the desk lodged a complaint and never……

“There are two disappointing points: 1. Check-in is only available at 4PM. I was driving around and got into a small car accident, that was terrible 2. There is no dedicated parking lot and one bath towel is missing.”

“Very nice rooms, front desk and restaurant staff provided excellent guest service. The restaurant was great We enjoyed the fun perks like free drinks, $5 credit at the snack shop, games, and record players. Convenient location near Union Station, baseball stadium, downtown restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!”

“A number of things in the room didn’t work. There was a floor lamp that didn’t work at all. It was plugged in and the bulb was fine, but the lamp didn’t work. Also, there was no remote for the TV so I couldn’t watch that at all. The breakfast was not very good and was not kept well stocked throughout breakfast hours. The good news is that everything was pretty clean and well maintained otherwise. The room was cute and spacious and everything felt very safe. And I found the staff to be pretty……

“Mildly surprised by the accommodations. We know anything by Wyndham is going to be a good quality and clean facility. We always try to book our stay in one of their places. This room far exceeded what we expected and will book all of our stats in the Denver area here again”

“Super modern hotel with so many thoughtful amenities on the property and in the room - which was so comfortable. The staff at the rooftop bar was fantastic (shoutout to Ramon). The area itself seemed to be up and coming but was a short walk from the more bustling scene in the arts district. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Denver.”

“Overall, it was pretty good. The front desk service was excellent, and the location is in the city center. Although I occasionally heard drunken pedestrians making noise at night, I stayed on the 13th floor, so it was within an acceptable range. The room was a bit small, but it was sufficient for me alone. The only downside was the loud noise from the air conditioning unit, which made a distinct clicking sound, like an old plastic switch, every time it turned off automatically. This was quite……
