"Perfect cabin close to Homer and our fishing trip very affordable."

"We were very disappointed, as it did not match the pictures. Property was unkempt and overgrown with weeds. The outhouse had cobwebs and was not very clean. The cottage was a bit rundown, and poorly supplied. There were no paper towels or tissues, and only 2 little kitchen towels and 1 washcloth, so it was difficult to maintain any decent hygiene, or even wash the dishes. If you are considering this place, bring towels and all your own supplies. "

"Everything about this property exceeded our expectations. Private, clean and close to town. The best part of staying here was watching the mother moose and her 2 babies from the hot tub.The owners are very friendly and helpful if you need anything.Wonderful place."

"This host was a dream to work with. So communicative, quick to respond, and kind. With that said, the property is a little rougher around the edges than I expected. It’s a historic home, which I wasn’t prepared for. Amenities were fine, but the WiFi was terrible. I couldn’t hold a single zoom call. Also just outside the tub is some water damage that could use some attention. The property location is not as super convenient as I had thought from the ad. You will need a car to get around. "Stayed here our first night after arriving in Anchorage. Great location to pick up supplies etc before heading out to other parts in Alaska. Beds were super comfortable and lots of space in kitchen, living room, dining area. Perfect for our needs."
