Top Kendall County Hotel Reviews

Hollywood Casino Aurora

8/10 Good

"This hotel/casino is new at this point, it opened 6/26. Everything was nice and clean. The restaurants were good and there were enough options to choose from if you wanted something quick and not a sit down dinner. The color scheme was nice a blue accent throughout. The bed was very comfortable."

Best Western Chicago - Downers Grove

10/10 Excellent

"Everything about this hotel was just wonderful. The front desk staff was most welcoming and even offered me a closer room just off the lobby when he saw that I had mobility issues. The room was inviting, clean and very comfortable. After a good night's sleep, the aroma of breakfast was enticing, but alas, I needed to leave early and was unable to participate. Next time, and there will be a next time I stay, I will make sure to have breakfast there also. Thank you to all who made my stay a 5 star event!"

The Westin Chicago Lombard

10/10 Excellent

"I was disappointed with Expedia’s customer service and its inability to accommodate a reasonable request. I booked a room for myself, my husband, and my son, but my plans changed, and I needed my adult son to use the reservation without me. I contacted Expedia several times to ask whether my son could check in with his own credit card, but Expedia referred me to the hotel, while the hotel referred me back to Expedia. This back-and-forth was frustrating. Ultimately, the hotel accommodated my request, but Expedia’s lack of communication, flexibility, and support fell short of my expectations."
