"I love this property but it is sorely in need of maintenance. For example, the living ng room rug was so horribly frayed in one prominent place that I had to put some books on top of it so I didn’t have to look at it! The elevators need the lights to work, the concrete steps and hallways are very worn and hold water from any sort of rainfall (even minor), resulting in chipped paint, cracked floors, standing water you have to walk through to get on the elevators, uneven steps between the floors that increase the risk of falling, and rust spots that are very unsightly. I understand the realty company is working on maintenance. I discussed this with the manager upon checkout. And I do want to thank the marvelous staff, who made every effort to help us very quickly when our TV didn’t work, the lightbulbs needed changing, and the hot water would not work. I was disappointed in our stay this year, but I feel optimistic that the repairs will be made so I’ll give it another try next year."

"Friendly staff, very clean rooms. Make sure when you book you clarify what type of room you want (tub, balcony, etc) . We didn’t specify because we booked online, and we were given a non tub room when we wanted a tub room. The staff made the change for us, no problem, which was great!"
