Checked in to a prepaid room - to find out we had booked a pet room in error. When we told them we wanted to switch to a non-pet room due to pet allergies, we were told they would switch us for a $25 fee because "the pet rooms are discounted by $25 on the website and then they collect a $25 pet fee". ...

I returned my cabin keys when I checked out, but they never returned the key deposit hold on my credit card. When i called to follow up they played dumb and accused me of not returning my keys.
