“Clean, convenient. Melanie kept in touch regarding access to the unit, etc. close to Seattle Center, nice grocery store across the street, friendly coffee shop on the corner. It is on a main street and is loud, making sleep difficult.”

“We were the 2nd family to stay at Ron’s. The home was well stocked with everything we needed even extra toiletries/hygiene supplies. It was supplied with all the cleaning supplies we needed. Extra towels, blankets, pillows and sheets. When we got there Ron was ready to hand us the keys (so it’s not contactless), he gave us a quick tour of the home to show us how to use the deep shower/bath, the washing machine, dishwasher, etc. the tv has a great sound system with surround sound, we had to……

“Thank you for making our trip extra special. My sister and I made this trip from Oregon to see The Rolling Stones concert. Our stay was relaxing, and the home was inviting. The beds were 'Oh so comfortable'! Thank you for allowing me to bring my elderly dog. He enjoyed the stay as well. The neighborhood was quiet, and I felt safe to walk my dog at night. We plan on staying again when we are in the area. Thank you so much for your hospitality! Five stars in my book!”

“We had a cozy and comfortable stay in this studio apartment. The king size bed was super comfortable! The kitchen was complete with everything you might need for a few meals in. The garden patio was huge and private. French doors opened onto it, making the whole place feel spacious and bright. We will be back!”

“We got lucky and the night we arrived it was clear skies so we got to see the gorgeous sunset framed by the Olympic Mountains. (Other two nights were the typical wet, Seattle-gray skies, no mountain views.) Bed was good and you get a view while laying in it. Kitchenette great for breakfasts and reheating leftovers. Shower had good water pressure. Really great location. Quiet neighborhood. The place just felt cozy. The garden was in full bloom (spring visit). Heads up: the owners do live……

“A big thank you for your exceptional hospitality. The studio was for perfect for my week long stay in Seattle. Cosy and quiet in a beautiful forest setting with all the amenities you could ask for. Comfortable bed, hot showers, great communication though out with easy access on arrival and during my stay. Super convenient to I5 & Seattle. I loved watching the squirrels from the window over my morning coffee!! Overall a great experience.”

“This was one of the best places that we've stayed at! we were in town for a conference and like the ability to have a place to cook our food and eat healthy. the problem for us is that one of us is mold sensitive and sometimes it's hard to rent online and know what you're going to be getting. so I comb all the reviews to see if I can find anything about mold or musty smell or I look at a place in general to see if it looks dark or dreary and may possibly have mold. I have to say without a doubt……

“My friend and I recently stayed 5 nights here during Comic Con. It was nice to have a quiet spot after a busy day of activity. Parking was great in the alley. The living and kitchen area are huge and very comfortable. We cooked a few meals very easily. Bedrooms were comfortable and quiet. Perfect for 2 couples or 2 friends who need their own space! Lots of stairs to suite…but great rails in place. We had a some trouble with the door code at check in, but got super fast help from……
