“Good place to disconnect..was very peaceful! ”

“Cabin was awesome. Loves the Bohemian vibe! The updated bathroom was wonderful as well. You can tell someone out a lot of work and creativity into this cabin. Hot tub was so nice. Stars were magical ! The only thing not great were the bed and pillows. They were not very comfy. Sarah was quick to respond to any questions we had and if we are in the area again, this place will be first on our list.”

“Great place to stay. Sara is very friendly and responsive. Location very close to our event. The grounds looked nice though we did not get a chance to explore.”

“Enjoyed our overnight stay while riding the East Texas bike ride”

“Very nice small cabin in Kennard. Hot Tub was awesome and the bed was very comfortable.”

“This is a beautiful property. It is a quiet and peaceful location in the woods of Davy Crockett National Forest. We enjoyed watching the turtles around the pond and the screened in porch attached to our cabin. There is a pool on the property that was very nice. The cabin itself was nicely equipped and decorated well. It was clean and had everything we needed for a weekend visit. The host and hostess communicated well and were very helpful when needed. We will be visiting again very soon!!”

“If you are looking for a peaceful place to get away and relax, this is it! This has been my favorite place to stay by far. Property is beautiful, hosts are amazing, and the two cabins we have stayed in on the property are both 10/10 in uniqueness, comfort, and cleanliness. ”

“I found the home to be exactly as described in photos. The beds were comfy, bathroom well stocked with linens, tv's worked well, kitchen as described. The host was available if needed, communication good.”

“Under new management and I believe he's doing better also trying to make the property better as a whole.”

The shower was stuck on so when you turned the water on you couldn’t adjust the temp before getting hit with freezing water. I’m a big disabled guy and they didn’t have an elevator. I had to walk up 2 flights of stairs to get to my room. The door had to be pushed open because it was dragging on the carpet. It was hard to close……
