Great stay

We very much enjoyed our stay as a couple with two young kids aged 2 and 5 and the grandparents. The location is great and an easy walk to the nearby Mother’s Beach. The house was clean with all required amenities for our stay.

Beautiful Property, Perfect Location

Another fantastic week at this beautiful property- our third stay there. Everything was immaculate, and we wanted for nothing. The proximity to Mother's Beach is ideal. THANK YOU to our hosts (the fresh cut flowers and personalized, beach-themed cookies that greeted us on arrival were a big hit).

Beautiful property, well maintained

House is well set up, full kitchen and dishes and cookware. Nice central air, equipped with grill, patio and porch besides main house. 3 full bathrooms, 1 half. Couldn’t ask for more for up to 8 people.

Perfection!

A meticulously cared-for home and property- photos don't do them justice. The home was immaculate, the host was incredibly gracious and responsive, and the location is perfect (very quiet, yet only a five minute stroll down the sidewalk to Mother's Beach). The large sunroom overlooking the beautifully landscaped backyard was our favorite place to gather. The hosts thought of everything- right down to the full propane tank on the squeaky clean Weber grill.

Fantastic house

We loved our time in this house. Our party included 2 in their late 60’s, 4 in our 40/50’s, and a 5 year old. The house was a perfect fit, fully equipped, and very close to the beach. Kitchen is well stocked (brit’s look out - no kettle or tea pot. My only real complaint about this house). Very clean and loads of towels. Everything you need for the beach, including a cart to wheel down the 5 year old. Highly recommend this house.

Good Vacation!

This is a clean and well maintained home in easy walking distance to Mother’s Beach. Though not on the water, it is a stone’s throw and the owners have done a good job of keeping up to date with beech chairs and such to make life easy. There are two large on suites on the main floor and an upstairs room with a few twin beds for the kids. There is AC, a number of TVs with working cable and great kitchen for feeding and entertaining the group. Everything was sturdy, clean and, largely, in working order. There is a great windowed porch off the back for games and catching up with the Olympics. We spent a pretty penny for the week, but we felt it was worth it for a comfy, roomy place where we could be together, but also escape to our separate quarters. There is some wonderful family history and artifacts decorating the place, which gave it a vibe of a home more than a rental. We enjoyed our week!
