Booked a little late so couldn’t get a larger unit, location to Parsons beach was incredible, perfect distance for day trips for when it rained, pool and playground were nice perks with our 3 year old.

Small and quaint accommodations- it was so much better than a hotel room- close to Kennebunkport.. easy to get in clean- well stocked- our kids love visiting the chickens and help feeding them in the morning! Nice place and reasonably priced.

The cottage (#24) was neat and clean. Perfect for a weeklong getaway. Beds were large and comfortable. Small kitchen allowed for basic meal preparation necessities.

We had a peaceful stay with our dog at Shorelands Resort Cottages. Our dog loved running around in the fenced dog exercise area. We appreciated the level of cleanliness in our cottage. We also enjoyed watching TV at night using the streaming services provided.

If you like liiving in a Goodwill store this is the place for you. Every aspect of the unit interior; the appliances, tv, kitchen utensils, flat ware, glasses, furniture, seem to have come from the local Goodwill store... Old, broken, mismatched and obsolete. The overall facility aura was negative with Auchtung Verbotten signs everywhere. I gave it two stars because the location is great, close to beach and all the seaport attractions.

Just wanted to get away with our Dog and this place was perfect! Short Walk to beach and trails! Also recommend the Bitter End restaurant that is also Dog friendly!!

I chose this property for its excellent location and I wanted house keeping facilities as restaurants are out of the question in this age of Covid-19. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space. But the kitchen facilities were disappointing. No oven, Just a toaster oven placed on top of the fridge. I'm 6 ft. I don't know how a short person would use it. No casserole dish suitable for use in the toaster oven anyway, so I guess they really did not want it used. The 3 burner stove top was OK. And there were pots, tools and a frypan. This may sound petty, but the property description specifically talks about cooking dinner as a feature of the unit. I guess the author thinks that cooking is reheating takeout in a microwave. The living room was furnished with an armchair and a very uncomfortable futon. The kitchen sink faucet sprayed water everywhere. And the bathroom sink stopper didn't work. But the location near Parson's Beach is wonderful. The property is being renovated, so maybe things will be better when the work is done.

Great location... we have a tradition of gathering wood and having a fire in the fireplace, while eating a meal. This year, we had brunch from Biddeford's Palace Diner. Maine Diner only a short drive away, same for Laudholm/Wells Estuary. Tons of Lobster pounds around. Rooms were comfortable and clean, and the fridge is roomy for all our leftovers. Plenty of shopping and flea markets in the area, antiques too. Also, sailing is available from the harbor in Kennebunk, which we have done in the past. Great place to stay, especially close to Parsons beach and Rachel Carson Preserve.

Very convenient spot for week at Parsons beach. 10 minute or less walk to beach. Close to Kennebunkport and Wells. Great roads for cycling. Nice salt water pool on property. Clean, well furnished cottage. Dog friendly. Happy to have discovered this property!
